Cycas pectinata is found in the northeastern part of India, Nepal, Bhutan, northern Burma, southern China, northern Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam.[2] It is the fourth Cycas to be named; it was described in 1826. It grows up to 40 feet (12 m) tall and has very large, ovoid male cones.
