The Four-dotted Footman (Cybosia mesomella) is a moth of the family Arctiidae. It is found in the Palearctic ecozone.

The wingspan is 25–33 mm. The moth flies June to August depending on the location.

The caterpillars feed on low vegetation such as Heather.
