"Cyberwaste" is the first single from Fear Factory's fifth album, Archetype. The song is one of the fastest songs on the album and by the band in general. The video appears on one of two bonus DVDs that came in the Special edition of the album Archetype. The song could be noted as one that defines Fear Factory's sound, as it is similar to early works from Soul of a New Machine. The music video was shot in Perth Australia at a huge derelict warehouse on the coast where many fans attended and were a part of it.[2] It starts with a helicopter flying towards the huge building, it then cuts to the band playing inside surrounded by their fans.
