Cuzăplac (Hungarian: Középlak) is a commune located in Sălaj County, Romania. It is composed of eight villages: Cubleşu (Almásköblös), Cuzăplac, Gălăşeni (Tóttelke), Mierţa (Nyerce), Petrindu (Nagypetri), Ruginoasa (Lapupatak), Stoboru (Vásártelke) and Tămaşa (Almástamási).
