Cueva Ventana (English: "Cave Window") is a large cave situated a top a limestone cliff in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. The cave overlooks the Río Grande de Arecibo valley. It is visible from PR-123 but is accessible from a trail that begins adjacent to a Puma gas station located along PR-10 on 75 KM. The Disney Channel Original Movie "Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie" was shot inside the cave and throughout the Island in 2009, a movie based on "Treasure Island" in 2011 and, recently, the 2013 film "Runner, Runner" starring Justin Timberlake and Ben Affleck, filmed in the Summer of 2012.[2]

It is a popular tourist attraction to Puerto Ricans as well as tourists visiting from outside Puerto Rico. An admittance fee of $10.00 that includes equipment (use of helmet, flashlight, a booklet about the leyend of Cueva Ventana, and 45 minutes guided tours), established by the owner of Cueva Ventana, is required to enter the trail to the cave everyday (Monday thru Friday from 10:00-5:30 P.M., Saturday and Sunday from 8:30-5:30 P.M.) due to its popularity. The number of visitors is at its most popular on both Saturdays and Sundays from early morning (8:30 A.M.) to an hour before nightfall (4:30 P.M.). Starting January 2014 they will have a 90 minutes Night Tours on Wednesday and Thursday at 7:00 P.M. that will include an evening meal with a cost of $29.00.
