Crubeens (from Irish crúibín, meaning "pig's trotter")[1][2] are an Irish food made of boiled pigs' feet. They are traditionally eaten by hand.[citation needed] The Irish singer Liam Clancy mentions them in a preamble to a version of the song, "Galway Races."
