Crispín Castro Monroy (August 18, 1936, Santa Cruz Atizapán, Mexico) was the municipal president of Santa Cruz Atizapán from January 1970 to January 1972. While in office he made many changes helping the town and the people.[citation needed]
In 1955 he left his town to work in Anaheim, California.
