Cricket Talent Hunt

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Cricket Talent Hunt is a U-17 talent programme for under-17 boys[1] inaugurated by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on 25 January 2014 at Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium.[2] Open-trial started from January 25 in Peshawar while trials in other cities will start from January 27. The cities include Dera Ismail Khan (DI Khan), Abbottabad, Swat, Kohat and Bannu.[3]

Under this scheme, eight teams will be selected throughout the province and selected players will be recommended to Pakistan’s national selectors.[4]
