Crepidophryne chompipe is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family, known from several localities near Cascajal in the Cerro Chompipe, and in the Reserva Dantas in the Cordillera Central of Costa Rica.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
