Craugastor tabasarae is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Panama. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by the spread of the chytrid fungus Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis as well as by habitat loss.
