Cowan railway station is a station on the Main North railway line in the small village of Cowan, New South Wales. It consists of two side-platforms with at-grade access. Cowan is served by the Intercity Newcastle & Central Coast line.

History

Cowan station opened in 1890.[1] The station is considered the northernmost suburban station for ticketing purposes, however suburban trains now terminate at Berowra one station to the south. Cowan was a terminating point for CityRail suburban services until January 1992.[2]
