Countersoft

Countersoft is a privately held, Limited, software company, registered and based in England, United Kingdom. It was founded in 2003.

It produces Gemini, issue tracking system and bug tracking system. The license is proprietary, but is not per edition.

In 2011 Countersoft released Atlas, a support system that combines question and answer capability with FAQ, documentation and video content. Atlas can be used instead of traditional internet forum software. It uses their patent pending "relevant replies" technology allowing people to respond to questions with predefined FAQs, tickets and documentation.

Countersoft also provides a free task list sharing service for project management enabling the sharing of best practice templates. The service can be found at ProjectPatterns.org.[1]

Countersoft uses technology such as C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server and is also a Microsoft Certified Partner.
