Couch Time is an Australian television block and chat show aired on Eleven, hosted by Labby and Stav. It first screened from 11 January 2011 and screens Monday to Friday between 4pm to 6.30pm.
Couch Time provides a link between classic sitcoms, drama series, reality shows and soap operas. The show features previews of shows on Eleven and Ten and One, along with interviews with the stars and producers of these programs as well as comedy skits. A regular feature is live and pre-recorded interviews with the stars of Australian soap opera Neighbours which screens directly after the show.
