Costa Constantinides (born January 7, 1975) is an American politician, and the Council Member for New York City Council District 22,[1] comprising Astoria and sections of Long Island City, Woodside, Jackson Heights, and East Elmhurst. He is the first Greek-Cypriot American to hold elected office.[2]

Constantinides succeeded Peter Vallone, Jr. on January 1, 2014. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Council Member James F. Gennaro of District 24.
