Columbia Park is a neighborhood in the Northeast community in Minneapolis. Its western, northern and eastern boundaries are the Mississippi River, 37th Avenue NE (the border between Minneapolis and the suburb of Columbia Heights), and Central Avenue, respectively. On the south, the border runs (from west to east) along Saint Anthony Parkway from the river to 4th Street NE, then runs down 4th Street NE and University Avenue NE, then runs east along 27th Avenue NE from University Avenue to Central Avenue. This creates an L-shaped neighborhood. However, the residential and commercial section is mostly in the northeastern corner. The western and southern legs are mostly industrial; with the Columbia Park and Golf Course providing a buffer zone between the residential area and the southern industrial area. Coordinates: 45°01′33″N 93°15′32″W / 45.0258°N 93.2589°W / 45.0258; -93.2589[3]
