Colturano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southeast of Milan. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,004 and an area of 4.2 square kilometres (1.6 sq mi).[1]
The municipality of Colturano contains the frazione (subdivision) Balbiano.
Colturano borders the following municipalities: Mediglia, Tribiano, San Giuliano Milanese, Dresano, Vizzolo Predabissi, Melegnano.
