Clyde W. Biggers (March 6, 1925 – December 23, 1976) was the 16th head college football coach for the Eastern Illinois University Panthers located in Charleston, Illinois and he held that position for seven seasons, from 1965 until 1971. His career coaching record at Eastern Illinois was 18 wins, 43 losses, and 2 ties. This ranks him sixth at Eastern Illinois in total wins and 14th at Eastern Illinois in winning percentage.[2]
