Clifford "Cliff" Brantley (born April 12, 1968) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. Brantley played for the Philadelphia Phillies in 1991 and 1992. In 34 career games, he had a 4-8 record with a 4.25 ERA. He batted and threw right-handed.
Brantley was drafted by the Phillies in the 2nd round of the 1986 amateur draft.
