Cleopatra Coleman (born 29 October 1987) is an Australian actress, who lives in Los Angeles, California.

Life and career

Coleman was born in Wentworth Falls to Jamaican born mother Turquoise Coleman and Australian father Mick Coleman ; and grew up in the alternative community of Byron Bay, New South Wales. Her first television part was in a Direct Factory Outlets commercial and her first television role was in Silversun. In 2006, she was cast in . the recurring role of Glenn Forrest in Neighbours.[1] In addition to this, Coleman has appeared in many Australian television programs including Blue Heelers, Holly's Heroes, Wicked Science and season 3 of City Homicide.

In 2005, Coleman had a featured role in the American telemovie Attack of the Sabretooth with Robert Carradine for US Sci Fi Channel. She is also a professional dancer who has appeared with the Tony Bartuccio Dancers in The Rocky Horror Stage Show, Dancing with the Stars, and The Footy Show finale, 2005.

In 2008, she appeared in the television series Elephant Princess and in stage productions of Simon Stephens' Motortown with Melbourne's Red Stitch Theatre Company and "Antics" with Ezy-Peezy Productions.

In 2009 she appeared in a guest role in the television series City Homicide.

In 2010 she spent three months in Los Angeles obtaining representation and returned to Australia for a guest role in the television series Rush.

In 2011 she co-wrote, executive produced and starred in her own short film entitled 'Trains' which was the first project for Coleman/Coleman productions, founded by Cleopatra Coleman and her father, Mick Coleman.

She resides in Los Angeles, California to work more closely with her US representation and affiliates.

In 2011, she was cast as DJ Penelope in Step Up Revolution, which was released on July 27, 2012.

During 2012 she was featured in music videos by Nervo ("You're Gonna Love Again") and Far East Movement ("Change Your Life").
