Cleo Thomas

Cleo Thomas was president of the Student Government Association at the University of Alabama in 1976.^[1] Thomas is one of only seven candidates to have ever won the SGA presidency without the support of 'The Machine'. He is the only African American SGA president at the University of Alabama to date.^[1]

Thomas served as a member of the University of Alabama Board of Trustees from 1983−2003.^[1]
