Cipressa is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Imperia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 100 km southwest of Genoa and about 9 km southwest of Imperia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,183 and an area of 9.5 km².[1]
Cipressa borders the following municipalities: Civezza, Costarainera, Pietrabruna, Pompeiana, San Lorenzo al Mare, Santo Stefano al Mare, and Terzorio.
