Cinquefrondi is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Calabria in the Italian region Calabria, located about 70 km southwest of Catanzaro and about 50 km northeast of Reggio Calabria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,511 and an area of 29.8 km².[1]

Cinquefrondi borders the following municipalities: Anoia, Giffone, Mammola, Polistena, San Giorgio Morgeto.
