Cineplexx is a cinema company based in Austria. The company was founded in 1993, and operates mainly multiplex type cinemas.

Operating mainly in Austria, where it has 27 cinemas, the company started regional expansion into Southeast Europe in late 2000s. So far, the company has acquired or built cinemas in Zagreb and Osijek in Croatia, Skopje in Macedonia, Belgrade and Kragujevac in Serbia, Podgorica in Montenegro and Celje, Kranj, Maribor, Novo mesto, Koper and Murska Sobota in Slovenia. In addition, it operates a cinema in Bolzano, Italy. The company has announced that it will seek to expand further, and become the leading cinema chain in the region.
