"Ciao Bella" is the third and final single from Don Omar's third studio album iDon released on August 18, 2009 through Machete, VI.[1] The song is written by himself, Paul Irizarry and Eddie Montilla, and produced by Echo.
Background and promotion
Before the song was released as single, Don Omar confirmed through his Twitter account that he had recorded a salsa version of the song.[2] The salsa version was the version used in promotion of the single. A music video was planned for the song, but it was cancelled later, due to start recording his first-titled album Prototype 2.0, now titled Meet the Orphans.
