Churchill Towers is a complex of two towers in Business Bay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Churchill Residency is the taller of the two, standing at 245 m (804 ft). It is a residential tower with 59 floors, resembling the Chrysler Building with a compressed top. The shorter tower is Churchill Executive, an office tower. It has 43 floors and stands at 172 m (564 ft). Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2010. The Developer is Emirates National Investment.
