Chundzha (Kazakh: Шонжы) is a selo and the administrative center of Uygur District of Almaty Province in south-eastern Kazakhstan. It is located on the A352 road. Population: 18,008 (2009 Census results);[1] 20,095 (1999 Census results).[1]
