Chuck Neubauer

Chuck Neubauer (born 13 February 1950[1]) is a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist.

He received his M.S. degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in 1973.[1]

He has worked as an investigative reporter at Chicago Today (19731974), the Chicago Tribune (19761983), the Chicago Sun-Times (19832001),[1] the Los Angeles Times (20012008), and the Washington Times (from April 2009).[2]

While at the Chicago Tribune, Neubauer shared the 1976 Pulitzer Prize for Local Investigative Specialized Reporting for a series about abuses in Federal Housing Administration programs.[1][3] He also was a prominent investigator of the political dealings of Chicago's Dan Rostenkowski in the 1990s.[1][4]
