Chruściel [ˈxruɕt͡ɕel] (German: Tiedmannsdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Płoskinia, within Braniewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) west of Płoskinia, 15 km (9 mi) south of Braniewo, and 70 km (43 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

While traditionally Prussian, with the Second Peace of Thorn in 1466 the area became part of the Kingdom of Poland until 1772; 1772-1945 Kingdom of Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).

The village has a population of 365.
