Chromium(II) sulfate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula CrSO4. It can be produced through the reaction of sulfates and chromium(II) acetate.[1] It is a useful reducing agent in organic chemistry,[2] which converts conjugated alkenes to alkanes.
