Christopher Chung Shu-kun, BBS, JP (Chinese: 鍾樹根) (born in Hong Kong in 1957 with family root in Dongguan, Guangdong) is a member of Hong Kong Legislative Council (Geographical constituency Hong Kong Island) and he was the chairman of Eastern District Council, representing Yue Wan constituency. He is veteran member of Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong, a pro-establishment party in Hong Kong.[1]

In 2013, he was accused of making racist comments in a LegCo debate, during which he described foreigners as "flawed by nature", that they "knew nothing about Hongkong" and therefore were not fit to manage the West Kowloon Cultural District project.[2]
