Christopher Andrewes

Sir Christopher Howard Andrewes Kt FRS (7 June 1896 – 31 December 1988) was a British virologist. In 1939 Andrewes was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society[1] and in the New Year Honours 1961 he was appointed a Knight Bachelor.[2]
