Christine Bottomley (born Rochdale, Greater Manchester) is a British actress.

Life and career

Born in Rochdale, she went on to study at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama,[1] before taking her first role in an episode of EastEnders.

Bottomley recently appeared in the eighth episode of the second series of Torchwood, "A Day in the Death". She appears in comedy series Massive on BBC Three and the BBC One drama Hope Springs and also a BBC drama: Land Girls.

She has starred in a 2009 film, entitled Hush.

On radio she appeared in Justin Moorhouse's Everyone Quite Likes Justin series 2, as Lisa from 2012.
