Christina Bennett Lind (born March 22, 1983) is an actress notable for her role as Bianca Montgomery in ABC's soap opera All My Children. She has an identical twin sister named Heather Lind who is also an actress.[1][2]

Early life and education

Christina Bennett Lind was born in Upland, Pennsylvania.

Lind attended public school through grade school and went to a private University, Fordham University. She also attended NYSSSA (New York State Summer School for the Arts) both as a visual artist as well as a performing artist. She states that this was "a big part of my decision to follow the arts as a career."

Early career

Her first acting role was Viola in 'Twelfth Night,' with her twin sister, Heather, playing the role of her twin brother, Sebastian. It was the first production that came out of her English teacher's idea to start a drama club in middle school. She was in 8th grade. However, before that, her sisters and her spent countless summers making theatre, dance, and music in a big red barn in Nova Scotia that was a part of her Grandparent's property. "We took it very seriously. We all claim it as some of our finest work, and, in seriousness, the start of our lives as artists and art advocates," she explains. Christina's first job on screen was a short film a college friend made on 35mm film, and she played a ventriloquist doll. Her first television job was 'As the World Turns' as a college buddy of one of the regulars, Billy Magnussen; the characters name was Ari.

Philanthropy

Lind is interested in placing her support in women's support organizations and LGBTQ organizations. Lind is also really interested in supporting self-confidence in girls and women and, specifically, their body images, so she's currently looking for organizations she can work with to encourage self-love and respect. She explains "I am continually floored by how many beautiful women I know who have struggled with this. I want to at least discuss it publicly."
