Christian Day (born 24 June 1983 in Blackpool, Lancashire) is a rugby union player for Northampton Saints in the Aviva Premiership. Day previously played all of his professional career at Sale except for a short term contract at French giants Stade Français.
He has now made more than 100 appearances for both Northampton and Sale Sharks.
He has represented England Saxons, captained England Under 21s and represented England schools and under 19 levels.
Day's position of choice is as a lock.
