From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Christa Rigozzi (born May 2, 1983 in Monte Carasso, Ticino) was crowned Miss Switzerland 2006 on 9 September 2006 in Geneva. She is the first woman from Ticino to win the title in 10 years.
Rigozzi is studying criminology and criminal law at the University of Berne and cycles to school every day. Besides her native Italian, Rigozzi speaks some German and some French, and, to some degree, can speak Spanish and English. She has dated her 28-year-old boyfriend, Giovanni, for six years. She has a diamond stud in her tooth and a Japanese tattoo down her back, which she did not conceal in the bikini swimsuit competition.
