Chowk Azam is a main city of Layyah District just 25 km from Layyah. It is a Chowk on Mianwali and Mutan road (MM ROAD) . Chowk Azam is located at the famous MM Road. It has population of the more than 150,000.
Chowk Azam has a degree colleges for boys and girls and it has one government hospital TEHSIL LEVEL, other than many private hospitals. There is a mini yadgar of Pakistan in the center of chowk.The city's greatest asset is that to going other cities of Pakistan, the transport facilities are available at all times.
