Chornice is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 14.21 square kilometres (5.49 sq mi), and has a population of 819 (as at 28 August 2006).

Chornice lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) south-east of Svitavy, 81 km (50 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 174 km (108 mi) east of Prague.
