Chmiel [xmʲɛl] (Ukrainian: Хміль Khmil’) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lutowiska, within Bieszczady County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, close to the border with Ukraine. It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-west of Lutowiska, 24 km (15 mi) south of Ustrzyki Dolne, and 100 km (62 mi) south-east of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]
The village has a population of 149.
