Chloe Elaine Lowery (born July 17, 1987) is an American singer/songwriter. Born in Largo, Florida, by age nine she was performing professionally at corporate events and by the age of 12 she was signed to RCA Records. Lowery was the lead vocalist for Big Brother and the Holding Company for their 2006 summer tour. She was a featured vocalist during the 2009 tour for Yanni Voices produced by Disney Pearl Imprint. Since 2010, she has toured with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra performing as Theresa on all three of their Beethoven's Last Night Tours. Beginning in the fall of 2011 Chloe has also performed with the west coast touring troupe of TSO's yearly Fall/Winter tour. With in Trans Siberian Orchestra she has developed a reputation as a show stealer in the best sense of the word. Her performances brings her characters to life and the audience to its feet with standing ovations.[1] This is no easy feat considering TSO's reputation as a "musical and visual power house."[2]

In the summer of 2011, Lowery, along with vocalist Andrew Ross and DJ Robert Allen III formed the group Chameleon. Their first live performance was on July 21, 2012 at the Lit Lounge in New York City, with numerous subsequent dates in 2012-13 throughout the city. A five-song EP, Something in the Water, was released March 5, 2013, and the six-song Monster EP released December 3, 2013. In addition to singing lead vocals, Lowery also co-writes all of Chameleon's songs.[3]
