Chiyoda (千代田町 Chiyoda-machi) is a town located in Ōra District, Gunma Prefecture, Japan.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 11,640 and a density of 534.93 persons per km². The total area is 21.76 km².

History
- 1889 - Tominaga, Eiraku, and Nagae are created in Ōra District
- 1955 - Tominaga, Eiraku and Nagae merge, creating Chiyoda.
- 1956 - Nagae is separated again and merged into Nakashima (today Ōra, Gunma)
- 1982 - Chiyoda becomes a town
