Chintalapalli is a village located 06 km from Razole town in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh with a population around 2 laks. V.V.Giri's father was an eminent lawyer and migrated to Brahmapur from Chintalapalli village

Religions

Hindus make up the majority of the population. There are other communities such as Muslims and Christians in the village. Among the festivals celebrated are Sri Rama Navami, Dasara, Sankranthi and Ugadi.
