China Xinjiang Airlines (S: 中国新疆航空公司, T: 中國新疆航空公司, P: Zhōngguó Xīnjiāng Hángkōnggōngsī) was an airline based in the People's Republic of China owned by CAAC. It had its headquarters on the property of Diwopu International Airport in Urumqi.[2][3] In 2003, the airline was acquired by China Southern Airlines.
The airline had been founded in 1985. It was based in Ürümqi, the provincial capital of Xinjiang, and had a secondary hub in Changzhou in Jiangsu province.

Besides domestic routes, China Xinjiang also served the following:
- Kazakhstan - Almaty
- Kyrgyzstan - Bishkek
- Pakistan - Islamabad
- Russia - Moscow, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg
- Uzbekistan - Tashkent
Fleet
China Xinjiang operated the following aircraft types, when it was merged into China Southern Airlines.
- ATR-72
- Boeing 737-700
- Boeing 757-200
- Ilyushin Il-86
Former fleet included DHC-6 and Tupolev Tu-154.
