Charles "Chilla" Michael Porter (born 11 January 1936 in Brisbane, Queensland) is a former athlete from Australia, who mainly competed in the high jump. He was educated at the Anglican Church Grammar School.[1]

He competed for Australia at the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne, Australia in the high jump finishing second behind American Charles Dumas. He also collected silver medals in the 1958 Commonwealth Games and the 1962 Commonwealth Games
