Cheznovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.8 square kilometres (3.0 sq mi), and has a population of 775 (as at 28 August 2006).
Cheznovice lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Rokycany, 30 km (19 mi) east of Plzeň, and 58 km (36 mi) south-west of Prague.
