Chester E. Hynes was an American football coach in the United States.
Coaching career
Hynes was the head college football coach for the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He held that position for the 1944 and 1945 seasons.[1] His coaching record at Arkansas-Pine Bluff was 4 wins and 12 losses. As of the conclusion of the 2013 season, this ranks him #18 at Arkansas-Pine Bluff in total wins and #17 at the school in winning percentage (.250).[2]
