Cheng Hon-kwan, GBS, OBE, JP (born 16 May 1927, Hong Kong) was the member of the Executive Council and Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
He is the fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Institution of Structural Engineers in the United Kingdom, American Society of Civil Engineers, and member of the Association of Consulting Engineers in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.[1]
He was elected to the Legislative Council in 1985 and 1988 in the Engineering, Architectural, Surveying and Planning functional constituency. He was appointed to the Executive Council.
