Cheirophyllum is an extinct genus that existed during the Permian.[1]
Location
In Brazil fossila of the species C. speculare were located in the outcrop Morro Papalé in the city of Mariana Pimentel. They are in the geopark Paleorrota in Rio Bonito Formation and date from Sakmarian age in the Permian period.
