Chaunus poeppigii is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family that is found in Bolivia and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, arable land, and pastureland.
