| Chauntra is a village situated at an altitude of 4,250 feet (1,300 m) above sea level in Mandi District, Himachal Pradesh. The settlement is along the National Highway 154 connecting Mandi with Pathankot. The village also lies en route to the famous paragliding spot of Bir. The landscaping and aechitecture of the buildings is matchless a must see if one visits Himachal Pradesh.
