Charlie Buhler (born December 25, 1987) is an actor, director, and photographer from Mitchell, South Dakota. In 2008, she represented South Dakota at the Miss USA pageant.

Buhler won the Miss South Dakota USA 2008 title in late 2007, becoming the first African-American woman to win the pageant.[1] She represented South Dakota at the Miss USA 2008 pageant, held in Las Vegas, Nevada on 11 April 2008. This was her second attempt at the title, as she placed second runner-up in the 2007 event. She was also a semi-finalist in the Miss South Dakota Teen USA 2006 pageant.

In 2010, Buhler graduated from the University of Notre Dame after completing a film and American Studies double major. While at the school she represented her class as Freshman class president. In 2013, She began production on her first narrative short, Aegis,[2] a film she co-produced with frequent collaborator Katherine Walczak. Walczak wrote the short.
